Please be advised that effective Wednesday, June 17, 2026, all International Departure check-in services will be relocated to the 2nd floor of the Passenger Terminal to join the domestic departure check-in services.
This update establishes a unified, single-floor check-in location for all departing flights to facilitate a smoother and more integrated travel experience.
Action Required:
On your day of travel, all departing passengers (both international and domestic) must proceed directly to the Passenger Terminal (2nd Floor) check-in processing counters. Comprehensive signage and our assistance team will be available to guide you to your respective check-in area. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you at our upgraded facilities.
2. Unchanged Procedures: All Arrivals
Please be advised that the following procedures remain unchanged:
All Arrivals (Domestic & International): Arrival procedures will continue as normal on the Arrival Floor (1st Floor) of the Passenger Terminal.
These existing processes remain in place to ensure a smooth and efficient flow for all arriving travelers.
