Please be informed that, effective 12 May 2025, the Passenger Service Charges (PSC) will be revised as follows:
- USD 25 per international departing passenger at International Airports (applicable to all nationalities)
- MMK 15,000 per domestic departing passenger at International Airports (also applicable to all nationalities)
These charges are payable by the passenger and may be collected either at the time of ticket purchase—through authorized airlines or ticketing agents—or applied retroactively to reflect any fare differences resulting from rate changes, if the ticket was purchased prior to the new rates taking effect.
Important:
Passengers who have already purchased tickets but have not paid the full revised PSC—specifically, a USD 5 difference for international departures or MMK 12,000 for domestic departures—are required to settle the balance at the airport prior to departure.
