Job Description
- Provide information about lounge facilities, flight schedules, and related services.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times, reflecting the company's image.
- Monitor lounge occupancy and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Support food and beverage service-replenishing snacks, drinks and utensils as needed.
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and readiness.
- Handle guests/passengers' complaints or special requests tactfully, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
- Record guest/passenger usage data accurately for daily reports.
- Coordinate with airline representatives, ground handling, and security staff etc. regarding passengers movements if necessary.
- Manage lost-and-found items within the lounge.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Matriculation Examination Pass or a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism.
- Prior experience in a lounge, hotel front office, or airline ground service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional language are an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure.
Working Hours and Days
- Working days - As per shift schedule
