Job Description
- Document preparation for purchasing matter from local market and foreign market.
- Inquiry to local & foreign suppliers for quotations and purchase items.
- Data entry and document controlling, filing.
- Assist in purchase items delivery process to airport, handover process to requested department, quantity survey process with suppliers.
- Other supportive jobs as per requested from senior and manager.
Job Requirements
- Female is more prefer.
- Any graduated person.
- Age is between 20 and 25 years.
- Basic English (4) skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in Internet, Email usages.
- Strong interpersonal skill, excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Good in general knowledge regarding with procurement matter.
Working Hours and Days
- Working days : 5 days (Monday to Friday)
- Working hours : 8 hours (08:00 Am to 17:00 Pm)
