Business Area - Passenger Service Department

Job Description

  • Handle all passenger-related operations for incoming and outgoing flights, ensuring the highest quality of service in line with MJAS standards.
  • Maintain service quality and compliance with the Department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with airport authorities and CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine) to ensure smooth day-to-day flight operations.
  • Provide assistance to special passengers (according to established service standards.
  • Manage departure procedures, including check-in, boarding processes, and assist passengers during flight irregularities.
  • Communicate effectively with flight crews to provide necessary operational support.
  • Oversee pre-flight and post-flight activities in accordance with flight schedules and information.
  • Handle arrival baggage services, including lost & found procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items in compliance with company policy.
  • Manage special flights and respond efficiently to flight irregularities or emergency situations.
  • Perform aircraft weight and balance (load control) duties as required.
  • Submit daily handling reports and updates to immediate supervisors.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors to support operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Matriculation Examination Pass or a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Good command of English (4 skills) — speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with good English typing skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of independent work and adaptable to 24-hour airport operations (shift duty).
  • Committed to long-term employment and professional growth with the company.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to perform operational duties (e.g., lifting baggage, assisting wheelchair passengers, etc.).
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform.
  • Must not have makeup or skin allergies (as grooming standards require makeup application).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Working Hours and Days

  • Working days - As per shift schedule
