Business Area - Sales & Marketing Department

Job Description

  • Provide information about lounge facilities, flight schedules, and related services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times, reflecting the company's image.
  • Monitor lounge occupancy and coordinate seating arrangements.
  • Support food and beverage service-replenishing snacks, drinks and utensils as needed.
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness and readiness.
  • Handle guests/passengers' complaints or special requests tactfully, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Record guest/passenger usage data accurately for daily reports.
  • Coordinate with airline representatives, ground handling, and security staff etc. regarding passengers movements if necessary.
  • Manage lost-and-found items within the lounge.
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Matriculation Examination Pass or a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Prior experience in a lounge, hotel front office, or airline ground service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional language are an asset.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point)
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Working Hours and Days

  • Working days - As per shift schedule
