Job Description

  • Provide to the passengers an exceptional level of customer service in the airport terminal at all times.
  • Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Responsible to restock food, snack and coolers.
  • Learn and ensure quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanness and tidiness achieve of total customer satisfaction and meet company standard.
  • Accept the luggage which the passenger delegate at the Left Baggage Counter and collect charges.
  • Any other duties associated with the job classification.

Job Requirements

  • Female only.
  • Any Graduate.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with senior staff to full-fill the customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Able to learn the problem solving of the customer complaints.
  • Strong team work within organization.

Office Hours and Days

  • Working days : Due to duty schedule
  • Working hours : Due to duty schedule
